FreeToLoveYou™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to seek and obtain any other remedies available to it pursuant to any applicable laws and regulations or at equity as a result of your breach of these Terms of Use or any other act or omission by you that gives rise to a claim by FreeToLoveYou™.

This disclaimer document governs your use of our service App. By using the App developed by FreeToLoveYou, you agree to, and accept this disclaimer in full. If you have any questions, contact us. FreeToLoveYou™ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and thus, you should check for changes before proceeding to utilize the services and content of FreeToLoveYou™. ELIGIBILITY

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have never been convicted of a felony or any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense and are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity; (c) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services; (d) you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (e) you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country which the United States has (i) embargoed, (ii) identified as a “Specially Designated National” or (iii) placed on the Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders.

Your safety and security are very important to us. FreeToLoveYou™ activity is monitored on a regular basis; however, we do not conduct criminal background checks on our users. The nature of this App promotes the sharing of personal information by users with other users. FreeToLoveYou™ cannot and does not assure that it is safe for you to have direct contact with other users of this App. Current technological developments make it possible for users of the Internet to obtain personal information about, and locate, other users, with very little other information. For example, it is possible to use certain widely available commercial Internet search engines to locate a person’s home solely using that person’s correct name. If you believe that any user of this App is harassing you or is otherwise using personal information about you for unlawful purposes, we encourage you to first inform local law enforcement authorities and then to contact us via the “Contact Us” form so that we may take appropriate action to block further use of the App by any user who is using this App and information obtained from it for improper purposes.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE BUT HAVE IMPROPERLY ACCESSED THIS APP BY PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION TO US, NOT ONLY ARE YOU AN UNAUTHORIZED USER USING THIS APP IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, BUT YOU MAY ALSO BE PUTTING YOURSELF AND OTHERS IN DANGER. YOU AGREE THAT FREETOLOVEYOU™ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER OF THE APP AND IS NOT LIABLE (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP.

By accessing this App, you agree to use any personal information provided to you by other users of this App in a lawful and responsible manner. You further agree that you will not use personal information about other users of this App for any reason without the express prior consent of the user that has provided such information to you.

YOUR RIGHTS

You retain rights to any content you post, submit or display on or through the App. By submitting, posting or displaying content on, to, or through FreeToLoveYou™, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). You agree that this license includes the right for FreeToLoveYou™ to provide, promote, and improve the App, subject to our terms and conditions for such content use. Such uses may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the content that you post, submit, transmit or otherwise make available through the App. We may modify or adapt your content in order to transmit, display, or distribute it over computer networks and in various media and/or make changes to your content as are necessary to conform and adapt that content to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services, or media.

You are responsible for your use of the App, for any content you provide, and for any consequences thereof, including the use of your content by other users. You understand that your content may be syndicated, broadcast, distributed, or published online and if you do not have the right to submit content for such use, it may subject you to liability. FreeToLoveYou™ will not be responsible or liable for any use of your content by FreeToLoveYou™ in accordance with these terms. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any content that you submit.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell or rent your information.

Your Email Address, Password, Date of Birth, and Location
We will use your email address for contacting you. We will never give your email address to another member of FreeToLoveYou™. We strongly encourage you to choose a secure password that is hard to guess. You should never reveal your FreeToLoveYou™ password to anyone. If you think your password has been compromised, please change it immediately via the “My Profile” page. We will use your date of birth to calculate the age we show on your profile. Your birthday will not be visible on your profile. Only your age will appear. We ask for your location and area so we can help you find other members of FreeToLoveYou™ whom are nearby. We won’t show your postcode or detailed location information to other users of FreeToLoveYou™.

Your Photos
On FreeToLoveYou™, every member must have a profile picture. This will be displayed to other members who view your profile page or see you on a search results page. Profile pictures may be included in email communications from FreeToLoveYou™ with members if FreeToLoveYou™ considers you to be a good match. Photos can also be used for promotional purposes, external sites/apps, and partner sites. All photos uploaded will be checked for approval by FreeToLoveYou™.

As a valued customer, we recognize that protecting your privacy is important to you as well. For this reason, FreeToLoveYou™ is committed to protecting your personal information in several ways. Your Registration Information is protected by a unique customer password and user ID. You should not disclose your password information to anyone. You should always remember to log off if you are using a shared computer.

We have taken certain security measures in safeguarding your personal information. However, as with most things online, no method is 100% safe. While we strive to use a commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security. Therefore, FreeToLoveYou™ assumes no liability regarding the theft, loss, alteration or misuse of personal or other information. You should appreciate that all important and private information should be protected by you. We are not responsible for protecting, nor are we liable for failing to protect, the privacy of electronic mail or other information transferred through the Internet or any other network that you may utilize.

Arbitration and Governing Law
Your use of this App is governed by all applicable laws and regulations of the United States and any state and locality having jurisdiction. Information on this App may be subject to U.S. export control restrictions. Your use of this App may be subject to the laws of other countries if you are not located in the United States.

Unique and Bona Fide Profile
You agree to create only one unique profile. In addition, in order to maintain the integrity of the App, by joining, you agree that your use of the App shall be for bona fide relationship-seeking purposes (for example, you may not use the App solely to compile a report of compatible singles in your area, or to write a school research paper).

Commercial Use Prohibited
The App is for your personal use only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, businesses, and/or individuals with commercial-related intentions may not join and use the App for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the App, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or using personal identifying information for commercial purposes, linking to the App, or unauthorized framing may be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. Use of the App is with our permission, which may be revoked at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. At our sole discretion, we may take reasonable steps, including limiting the numbers of emails you send or receive and electronically filtering or throttling or terminating your e-mail. In the event we determine there has been a breach of our Terms of Service by you, we shall not be liable to you for any refund or any unused portion of any subscription, and may bar your use of FreeToLoveYou™ in the future. Even after terminated, this Agreement will remain in affect.

Conduct
In your digital interactions with other users (including, but not limited to: App messages, instant messages, journal postings, and forum comments), you agree to conduct yourself civilly and respectfully. While using the App, you agree that you shall not under any circumstances harass or make mischief against any other user of the App. FreeToLoveYou™ is not responsible or liable in any manner for the conduct of its users, whether or not such conduct is in connection with the use of the App or the Services. In no event shall the FreeToLoveYou™, its affiliates, or its partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the App or Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other members or persons you meet through the Service. You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with other members, especially if you decide to communicate off the App or meet in person. You acknowledge that you use the services at your own risk. We suggest always using proper judgment and give no assurances against and/or towards anything when posting or reviewing information on this app. You agree not to include in your public profile any telephone or app numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, email addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references or offensive sexually suggestive language. You also agree not to post any photos containing nudity or otherwise offensive material in any areas on the App or the Service, which are accessible to the public or FreeToLoveYou™’s general membership. FreeToLoveYou™ reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject, modify or remove any portion of a profile or photo that does not comply with these terms. In addition, you agree not to do any of the following in connection with the Services or the users thereof:

1. use the Service in any unlawful manner or in a manner that is harmful to or violates the rights of others;

2. engage in any unlawful, harassing, obscene, intimidating, threatening, predatory or stalking conduct;

3. use the Services in any manner that could disrupt, damage, disable, overburden, impair or affect the performance of the Services or interfere with or attempt to interfere with any other user’s use of the Services;

4. impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age, identity, affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;

5. make any commercial use of the Services or promote or solicit involvement in or support of a political platform, religion, cult, or sect;

6. defraud, swindle or deceive other users of the Services;

7. disseminate another person’s personal information without his or her permission, or collect or solicit another person’s personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes;

8. solicit or engage in gambling or any similar activity or any illegal or unlawful activity;

9. use any scripts, bots or other automated technology to scrape or access the Services;

10. collect or solicit personal information about anyone under 18;

11. use the Service for any phishing, trolling or similar activities;

12. use the Service to redirect users to other app or encourage users to visit other apps;

13. harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Services by electronic or other means or use the Services to send, either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or communications, unsolicited commercial e-mail or communications or other spamming or spimming activities;

14. attempt to access any Services or area of the App that you are not authorized to access; or

15. permit or allow other people or third parties to access and use the Services via your account.

FreeToLoveYou™ reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes harassment or mischief, and where that has occurred; and may, also at its sole discretion, partially or completely deny service to any infringing party. As part of these efforts, FreeToLoveYou™ may enlist the help of its active users to moderate flagged messages, comments and other content to determine if a user’s conduct is harmful to the community.

Communications
You agree and consent to receive email messages from us. These emails may be transactional or relationship communications relating to the App, such as administrative notices and service announcements or changes, or emails containing promotions or special offers from us.

Language
The language of this Agreement is English. Where FreeToLoveYou™ has provided a translation of the English version of this Agreement, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language version of this Agreement will govern your relationship with FreeToLoveYou™. If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of this Agreement says and what a translation says, then the English language version will take precedence.
